Abundance Via Hypnotherapy: It’s Not Only a State of Mind
“Abundance” suggests the word “many,” or “lots of,” as in friends, family, money, and love. However, the key meaning of abundance is the opposite of scarcity; that you are happy with who you are, and nothing can change that happiness, external event, or situation, good or bad.

No one is happy all the time, but with the abundance mindset, you can live with balance, hopefulness, and unlimited possibility.
Abundance of wealth is the biggest thing many people desire. But in reality, abundance can give you a source of stability that’s not based on purely external things. Rather than approaching abundance as a means of new wealth, think of it as a positive way of thinking and living. It’s a state of mind that cannot be lost, taken, or given to you. Abundance is not about what you have; rather, it’s about embracing what brings you great happiness, peace, and gratitude.
To achieve abundance as a state of mind, you must change your subconscious perspective and believe in your own potential.
Why Achieving Abundance Can be Difficult
There is no automatic switch that will turn on to go from feeling lack to feeling abundance. It takes work to go from feeling lack to neutral, from neutral to gratitude and abundance. Therefore, you shift your state of mind. The most important part of achieving abundance mindset is the abundance vibe, which is having a generous outlook, good self-esteem, and gratitude, which has an appearance of positivity. Positivity, helpfulness, and being grateful are things people are attracted to and gravitate towards. The more you are generous and help others, the more you get. The more you are grateful, the more you become aware of your abundance. The abundance mindset is achieved through the give-get cycle.

Scarcity: is fear, rigid, belief of limited resource, problem-focused, feeling of lack, holds you back in life, lower vibration, gives you more lack, judgement.
Abundance: is trust in the universe, open, belief of abundant resources, possibility oriented, feeling of plenty, move you forward in life, higher vibration, gets you more abundance, acceptance.
If you do not know what abundance feels like, your subconscious mind won’t know how to copy it, making it hard to get into the mindset if you have never experienced it. Once exposed to abundant experiences, to someone who is abundant, or a valuable book, your belief will change, and you may feel like you can do anything. This is the true power of positive thinking and the abundance mindset.
The goal is to focus. When we think we are lacking, we feel powerless, like nothing can be done. But by changing the focus, you can get out of the feeling of lacking.
