Starting Monday May 30th, I’m running a 4 session “live” group. The ‘Eliminate Anxiety’ hypnotherapy program will help you realize how to:
- Give you greater control over your thought patterns
- Become more relaxed and resilient to anxiety triggers
- Access your body’s ability to be calm and at ease
- Strengthen your immune system
- Increase your happiness and well-being
- Become more present
- Release the pattern of over-stimulating your nervous system
- Use tools to move out of the Fight-or-Flight response
All sessions will take place via zoom, so you can interact with other participants too.
