When we hold onto resentment, anger, hate and bitterness we create damage and hurt within ourselves. Non-forgiveness literally damages your heart. The heart chakra is the center which allows us to give and receive love. If you are holding anger or resentment there, this energy center is not open and energy is not flowing freely. You can experience health issues such as low heart rate, changes in blood pressure as well as feelings of anxiety, depression irritability, and even sleep issues.

Forgiveness is the body’s way to naturally heal. People who forgive have brains that produce feel good hormones like dopamine, which improve mood and create optimism.
It’s a conscious choice. A decision to release negative feelings of resentment, hate, anger, sadness, disappointment, grief, or bitterness towards someone who has hurt you.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting, nor does it make anything right or show that you are in agreement with what happened.
It’s your path to Freedom, and this is why I created this workshop. For you to experience the freedom to be happy, healthy and experience life with love, joy and acceptance.

Who Can Join?
