Starting Wednesday May 12th, I’m running a 4 session “live” group hypnotic weight loss program to:
- Change how you think about food.
- Be satisfied on smaller amounts.
- Reset your eating habits.
- Choose healthier foods.
- Be motivated to exercise.
- Become slimmer easily.
All sessions will take place via zoom, so you can interact with other participants too.
